Founded in 1990, the Atlantic Hockey Group's program has  become one of the most successful in Atlantic Canada. The philosophy of the Atlantic Hockey Group is to bring together a group of highly competent instructors in a professionally structured training environment. The basic objective of the program is to improve the students' hockey skills by offering them high quality training by a carefully chosen staff. It is the instructors' purpose to teach, not just to let them play. In addition, the program is designed to instill a code of behaviour emphasizing sportsmanship, self-discipline and respect.
